Domestic Shipping Policies
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) as our primary standard service carrier. The lower 48 continental U.S. states only pay $10.00 per order for shipping. Alaska and Hawaii customers pay $20 per order for shipping. We ship from the state of Washington.
International Orders:
The receiver is the importer of record and therefore, must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees imposed by the destination country. The receiver of an international shipment may be subject to such taxes, duties and fees, which are charged once a shipment reaches the receiver's country. It is the receiver’s responsibility to pay for these additional charges for customs clearance. A.Tiziano has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country so you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Important Note: We do not BACK ORDER. If, for any reason, an item ordered is out of stock at the actual time your order is processed your order will be refunded and/or canceled, and you will be notified.
